Tourist Link

Tourist Link is situated at 1 Seshadripuram. We are very close to Manipal Motors, which is how most people find their way to us. The office is right on the corner of the block. Seshadripuram is a central kind of place, so there is always something happening outside the window. We have maps and some old calendars on the walls of Tourist Link. It’s not a luxury lounge or anything like that. We have a few desks and some chairs that have been around for years. The noise from the main road is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. Manipal Motors is a big operation, so we see a lot of people heading that way every day. Our space is small but we make it work for what we need. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We don't wear suits or act like we are in a big corporate building. We just go by Tourist Link and try to keep things organized. The floor is a bit uneven in the back, but nobody really notices. We keep the tea kettle going most of the afternoon to stay awake. It’s a decent spot to be in the middle of the city. We open the shutters early and stay until the streetlights come on and things quiet down slightly.
