Touch Point

We’ve been at 394 Rajajinagar for a while now, specifically in the Y M K Plaza right on Dr Raj Kumar Road. It’s a busy spot. Most mornings, I get here a bit before nine to open up the shutters and let some air in. The plaza itself is okay, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout if the elevator is acting up again. Touch Point is just the name on the door, but inside it’s mostly just a few of us trying to stay organized. We’ve got desks piled with papers and some old chairs that have seen better days. The view out the window is just the traffic moving along the main road. Sometimes it’s so loud you have to shout a bit to be heard over the horns. We spend most of the day answering calls and trying to sort out whatever comes through the door. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We don’t have a big reception area or anything. People usually just walk in and we help them right there. Rajajinagar is a nice area but finding a parking spot near the building is a real headache most days. I usually end up walking a few blocks from where I leave my scooter. Lunch is usually a quick bite from one of the stalls downstairs. It’s a simple life here and we just keep things moving along as best we can, day after day, without any fancy office rules or corporate talk.
