Our office is located at No-60 on 3rd Cross in Balagi Nagar. It is sort of tucked away near the D.R.C Post area of Bangalore. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking about different materials for the projects we are working on. The place is usually full of rolls of paper and samples of wood or stone that people have brought in. It isn't always the quietest place because there is always a discussion happening about how to fix a problem at a site or what the next step should be. We have a few computers that stay on all day and the coffee machine in the corner gets used more than anything else probably. Bangalore traffic makes it hard to get to the sites sometimes, so we spend a lot of time on our phones coordinating with the workers and the suppliers. We are not really into those big flashy corporate meetings. We just sit around the big table and try to figure things out as they come. Sometimes the rain in the afternoon slows things down, especially when we have to go out and check on a building. It's just a bunch of us trying to build things that look okay and stay standing. We have been in this Balagi Nagar spot for some time now and most people in the local area know where the building is. There are always people coming in and out with hard hats.
