Total Computer Software India Pvt Ltd is out in Kengeri, on the 1st Main Road at number 122. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us, but the area has its own pace that’s different from the center of the city. The office is right there on the main road, so it’s easy to find but it means we hear the buses going by all day long. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. The workspace is simple. We have our computers set up on long tables and the chairs are starting to show a bit of wear. It isn't a huge place, just enough room for the team to get their work done without bumping into each other too much. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anyone sitting at a front desk. If someone comes by, one of us just looks up and says hello. There’s a small balcony where we keep a few dying plants, mostly because we forget to water them. The filing cabinets are a bit of a mess, full of old documents from projects we finished years ago. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together at the back table. It’s a very normal, local office vibe. We don’t try to make it look like something it’s not. We just focus on the software tasks we have for the week and try to get home before the evening traffic on the highway gets too bad.
