We are located at 14 B in the Kumbalagodu 2nd Phase of the KIADB Industrial Area, over in Kengeri Hobli. It’s a long name for a place, but it’s where Toolcomp Systems Pvt Ltd does its work. Being in an industrial area means there’s always a lot of noise and trucks moving around. We make tools and components, mostly. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and the smell of oil is pretty much always there. It’s a practical place. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our visitors are people who need specific parts made or repaired. We spend our days at the machines, making sure everything is measured right. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks down, and we spend the whole afternoon fixing it. That’s just part of the job. We have a small crew, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. It’s not a corporate office with meetings all day; it’s more about getting the physical work finished. We take pride in just getting the job done without talking about it too much. The commute to Kengeri Hobli can be long for some of us, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We just keep the lights on and the machines running, day after day. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us going. There is always a lot to clean up at the end of the shift, but we don't mind it.
