We are located at 14-B on Kumbalagodu Hosur Road. Toolcomp Systems Pvt Ltd is basically a place where we get our hands dirty every day. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks passing by and the smell of machines working nearby. Our building is pretty straightforward. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and you're pretty much where the action is. Most of the staff here have been with us for years, so we all know how things run. We spend our time working on systems and tools, making sure everything is built right and works like it should. It’s not a quiet office; there is usually some kind of noise from the shop floor or people shouting over the sound of a motor. We have a small corner where we do the billing and the paperwork, but most of us are out where the equipment is. Being on Hosur Road means we are right in the thick of the manufacturing world. It’s a good spot for us, even if the traffic during shift changes is terrible. We focus on the technical details and making sure the orders go out on time. There isn't much room for sitting around. We keep the kettle going for tea and just keep working until the job is done. It's a very practical, no-nonsense kind of environment where the work speaks for itself.
