Tishmen Speyer Icici Ventures

The office for Tishmen Speyer Icici Ventures is located over in Rajajinagar, specifically at 2479, 10th A Main. We are in the D Block area of the 2nd Stage. If you know Bangalore, you know this neighborhood has a lot of energy. It is a decent place to be based out of. We have been here for a bit, handling the usual business stuff that comes our way. The building is pretty standard for the area. We try to keep things simple inside. No one really cares for fancy decorations or corporate talk here. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home. The traffic on 10th A Main can be a hassle some days, but that is just part of living in Bangalore 560010. We have got a small team here. Everyone knows each other pretty well. It feels more like a local setup than some big distant company. We deal with whatever paperwork or meetings come up throughout the week. Sometimes the power goes out, or it rains really hard, and we just deal with it. It is a very normal office environment. We focus on the practical side of things. There are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby, which is nice for the staff. We are just a bunch of people working from this spot in Rajajinagar, trying to get through the daily list and keep the work moving forward.
