Tior Global Llp is located in Agara Village. Our address has a lot of numbers like 288, 301, and 254 because of how the plots are laid out here in Bangalore South. It’s a bit confusing if you’re just looking at the paperwork, but once you get here, it’s not so bad. We’ve set up shop in a regular building that fits what we need. It’s not a high-tech hub with bean bags and free snacks. It’s just an office with desks and chairs where we get things done. We don't really do the whole corporate mission statement thing. We just come in every morning and check what’s on the schedule. Agara has changed a lot over the years, getting much busier than it used to be. We’ve seen the roads get more crowded, but we’re happy to be in this part of the city. We are a small team and we handle everything ourselves, from the technical stuff to the boring paperwork. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs fixing, one of us just fixes it. It’s an honest way to work. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work and try to be fair with everyone. That’s pretty much the story of our daily lives at Tior Global. We don't have much time for small talk, mostly we are just busy.
