Ticket Reservation Co

Ticket Reservation Co has been operating out of Kavumbhagum in Thiruvalla for some time now. We handle a lot of phone calls from people looking to get from one place to another without too much trouble. Kerala is a busy place and travel is always on people's minds, so we stay fairly occupied. The office is small and tucked away, which suits us just fine. We have a few desks, a printer that jams way too often, and a map on the wall that's probably a bit outdated. Most of our morning is spent checking schedules and typing things into the computer. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names because they’ve been coming to us for years. Sometimes we have to tell people a bus or train is full, which isn't fun, but that's just how it goes. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on Mondays. We drink a lot of coffee from the shop down the road. It’s just a handful of us here making sure tickets get issued and people get where they need to go. We don't have a big corporate setup, just some chairs for customers and our old computers. It’s a bit noisy when the rain hits the roof, but we like it here. It's just a simple office for travel needs.
