Thrishul Buildtech

Thrishul Buildtech is located over in Beereshwara Nagar, right behind the government school in Chunchgatta. Being near a school means it’s pretty loud during the day when the kids are out, but we’ve grown to like the energy. We’re a construction and building outfit. Our office is No. 20, and it’s usually cluttered with samples of bricks, tiles, and catalogs. We spend a good chunk of our time out on sites, so the office can be empty at odd hours. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just do the work and let the buildings speak for themselves. Most of our jobs come from people seeing our signs at construction sites or through friends. It’s hard work, and the weather in Bangalore doesn't always cooperate, but we make it work. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know the building trade inside and out. We talk plainly about costs and timelines because nobody likes surprises when they're building something. Sometimes things get delayed, that’s just the nature of construction, but we always keep people informed. We like being based in Chunchgatta; it’s a developing area with a lot going on. We just keep our heads down and focus on finishing the current project properly. It is a local life here and we stay busy enough.
