We're situated at No 634 in M S Ramiah North City, just off Thanisandra Road. Thoughtdata Software India Private Limited has been based here for a bit. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a lot quieter than the main roads in Bangalore. You can hear the birds sometimes in the morning before the traffic picks up. Our office is on the 3rd Cross. It’s a pretty standard building, nothing that stands out too much from the street. Inside, it's mostly just desks, computers, and a few plants that someone remembers to water once in a while. We aren't the type to have foosball tables or bean bags. We just come in, do our software work, and head out. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but we try to keep a normal schedule. The team is small, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There’s no big corporate ladder to climb here. If someone has an idea, they just say it across the room. We don't have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk, decide, and get back to the keyboard. It's a simple way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine. We like being in Nagavara. It feels like a community rather than just a business district.
