Thompson Accomodation

Thompson Accomodation is over at 128 Indira Nagar. We’ve been here for a bit now, just managing the rooms and making sure people have a place to stay when they come through this part of town. It’s a pretty standard building, nothing too fancy, but it does the job. Most days start early with checking who is heading out and seeing if any new folks are arriving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just sitting at the front desk waiting for the doorbell to ring. The street outside can get a bit noisy in the evenings, but inside it stays mostly quiet enough for people to sleep. There is a lot of cleaning involved, which takes up most of the morning hours. We have the usual stuff like beds and fans and we try to keep things tidy so nobody complains. Indira Nagar is a busy area so there are always people walking past the entrance. Sometimes we just sit outside for a minute to get some air when it isn't too hot. It is just a few of us working here, trying to keep track of the keys and the laundry. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just this one spot where we handle everything ourselves. If you walk down the main road you'll find us easily enough. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and how the traffic picks up around five.
