We are Aswati Inns Pvt Ltd. Our place is located at 14, 1st B Cross in Mohan Kumar Nagar. This is in the Yeshwanthpur area of Bangalore, 560022. It’s a busy part of town because of the railway station nearby. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. It’s a simple setup for an inn business. We don’t have a huge lobby with marble floors. It’s more of a local feel. The 1st B Cross is a narrow street but we manage. There are a lot of small shops around us. We see the same delivery guys and neighbors every day. It feels like a proper neighborhood. The building itself is older. It has some character, maybe a few cracks here and there, but it’s solid. We don’t go in for all that corporate talk about visions and goals. We just focus on the rooms and making sure guests have what they need. It’s a lot of manual work. Cleaning, checking the plumbing, and talking to people at the desk. Yeshwanthpur is always moving, so there is always noise from the street. We’ve gotten used to it. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when it’s quiet in the evening. It’s just a regular business run by regular people. We don't try to be a five-star hotel. We are just Aswati Inns at Mohan Kumar Nagar and we do our best with what we have.
