Our spot is over at Nandi Gardens, Phase-II, specifically at Mr. Ravi Ranjan's place in JP Nagar 9th Phase. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here to Anjanpura Post, but it’s a quiet enough area for us to focus on travel plans. We’ve got our desks set up in 17C/1, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to the big offices downtown. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at flight schedules. Thomas Cook India Ltd has a lot of branches, but this is our little corner in Bangalore. We see a lot of people from the neighborhood who are planning their vacations or need to sort out some foreign exchange. The garden outside is nice when we need a break from the screens. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here. If you come by, you might find us having lunch or debating which route is better for a trip. It’s a practical setup. We handle the bookings, deal with the paperwork, and try to make sure everything is in order. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a pain, but we manage. It’s a local operation in a residential spot, so it feels more like a community thing than a stiff business. We just do our work and head home like everyone else in the city. There is no need for fancy talk when you are just trying to help people get to their destination.
