Our spot is at 22/10 5Th Main, 7Th Cross in Bangalore. We are right there in the middle of Karnataka 560 046. It is a typical office for travel work. We have desks, some old travel posters on the walls that are peeling a bit at the corners, and a lot of computers. We spend the day booking tickets and checking on visas for people. It involves a lot of waiting on hold with airlines or waiting for websites to load. We drink a lot of tea while we wait. The traffic outside on 5th Main can get pretty loud during the evenings. We see a lot of people who are planning trips for their holidays or for work. They usually come in with a lot of questions about times and prices. We just look it up on the system and tell them what we find. It is straightforward. We have been here for a long time so we know the area well. The office gets a bit messy with brochures and printed itineraries but we try to keep it somewhat tidy. Sometimes someone brings in snacks to share during the afternoon slump. We just keep working until it is time to close up the shop. It is a steady pace of work. We don't have any big secrets, just the usual travel bookings and foreign exchange stuff that needs to get done.
