Tholons Knowledge Management Pvt Ltd is located at No.353 on the 4th Cross in Hebbagudi. This is out in Anekal Taluk which most people just know as being part of the Electronic City area of Bangalore. The commute out here can be a real pain if you’re coming from the center of the city but it’s where a lot of the work is happening these days. Our office is a straightforward space with rows of desks and plenty of computer cables everywhere. Knowledge management is basically what we spend our whole day on. It’s a lot of data and researching things for our projects. The 4th Cross street is relatively quiet compared to the main highways nearby. We have a small break area where we eat our lunch and talk about things other than work. The building isn't anything special to look at but it serves its purpose for us. Being in Electronic City means we are surrounded by other companies doing similar things but we keep to ourselves mostly. The weather in Bangalore used to be better but now it’s just unpredictable so we never know if it’s going to rain on the way home. It’s a decent place to spend the day and we have a good group of people working here. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. There is a small bakery just around the corner where we get snacks in the evening before heading back into the traffic.
