Thinkrock Consultants Private Limited is based in the Adarsh Rhythm Apartment, D-1104, which is in Panduranganagar. We are right behind Fortis Hospital on Bannerghatta Road. It’s a very busy part of Bangalore, but the apartment complex itself is actually quite calm. We use this space as our office because it’s convenient and feels less like a sterile cubicle farm. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't some giant consulting firm with thousands of people. It’s just us. We spend a lot of time on calls and on our computers. We aren't big on using fancy business terms or trying to sound like experts in everything. We just know what we’re doing and we do it. Sometimes the traffic on Bannerghatta Road makes us late, but that’s just part of living here. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and the security guards know us by name. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don’t have a flashy website or a big advertising budget. Most people find us through word of mouth. We believe in just keeping things simple and honest. If a project is hard, we say it’s hard. We don't sugarcoat things. That’s just the way we operate. It works for us and it keeps our lives a bit simpler in this busy city. We are just regular people helping other businesses solve their problems.
