Think Ahead Innovations Private Limited is sitting on the 3rd floor of Novel Tech Park. That’s over on Kudlu Gate Road, near Garvebhavi Palya in Bangalore. If you’ve ever driven down that way, you know the traffic can be a real headache, but the tech park itself is a decent place to work. We have a regular office space there. It’s not one of those places with bean bags and a gym, just a bunch of desks and people trying to make things work. We spend our days looking at screens and talking about how to fix things. It’s a practical environment. We don't go in for all that corporate jargon or trying to sound like we’re changing the world. We’re just a bunch of workers who happen to know a lot about technology. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly it’s just other buildings and the road. We get our lunch from the nearby stalls or the canteen. It’s a busy life. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way without a boss breathing down our necks. Now we’re the ones making sure everything stays on track. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It is a long day sometimes, but the work is interesting.
