Thimme Gowda H K Adv is the name on the door here at 106 Vijaya Nagar. We are part of the Krishna Estate. It’s a bit of an older estate, which I personally prefer. There’s a certain weight to the buildings here that you don’t find in the new constructions. My office at 106 is where I spend the bulk of my week. Being an advocate means I’ve got stacks of files everywhere, so the space feels a bit cramped sometimes, but it’s functional. Vijaya Nagar is a great neighborhood. It’s got a bit of everything. The estate itself is usually bustling with people coming to see different professionals. I’ve been in this specific spot for quite some time. The floor is that old stone that stays cool even when the sun is beating down outside. I don’t have a big team or a secretary with a headset. It’s just me and the work. Sometimes I take a break and walk around the estate just to stretch my legs. You see the same faces every day, which is nice. It feels like a community rather than just a place of business. I didn't want a polished office in a high-rise. Krishna Estate feels more grounded. It’s honest. The desk I use belonged to my father, and it fits right in with the vibe of 106 Vijaya Nagar. It is a bit dusty, but I call it home.
