We are based at No. 104/4 in A.M. Lane, right off S.P. Road in Thiglarpet. If you've ever been to this part of town, you know it's always packed with people and boxes. The Dharmaraya Temple is very close by, which is how most people find us when they get lost in the narrow lanes. Our shop is quite small and filled to the ceiling with parts and components. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people are inside. S.P. Road is the heart of the electronics trade, so there’s a lot of shouting and noise from the street all day long. We don't have a quiet office or a fancy reception desk. We just have a counter and a lot of stuff to organize. We’ve been here for a long time, so we know the other traders and the local tea sellers. The mornings are spent unpacking new stock and the afternoons are usually a rush of customers. It gets very hot in the summer because the lanes are so narrow and the air doesn't move much. We don't spend time on marketing or polished brochures. Most of our regulars just know we are in A.M. Lane and they stop by when they need something. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest way to make a living in one of the oldest parts of the city.
