You can find Theron International Pvt Ltd over in Bangalore, right in Vinayaka Layout. We are situated right across from the SGR Dental College in the Munekollal area, near Thalli. It’s a busy part of town, especially with all the students and traffic coming through. Bangalore is always growing, and we’ve been part of this little section for some time now. Our office isn't too hard to spot once you get to the dental college. Inside, it's pretty much what you'd expect from a working office. There's a lot of noise from the street sometimes, but we get used to it. We handle a lot of different things here. It keeps us on our toes. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff you see elsewhere. We just focus on the projects in front of us. Most of the staff has been here for a good while, so we know how each other works. It’s a comfortable enough place. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on schedule. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore slows things down, especially during monsoon season when the roads get flooded. We just keep working through it. We aren't a massive corporation with a hundred layers of management. It's more direct here. If there's a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. That's the way we've always done things for a long time.
