You can find Thermo Electricals over in the Marol area of Andheri East. We’re situated at F-39 in the Nanddham Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means it’s never really quiet; there’s always the sound of trucks, machinery, or someone working on something nearby. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment, and our space fits right in. We’ve got shelves full of electrical parts and components, and our workbenches are usually covered in tools and wires. It’s a bit messy at times, but we know where everything is. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the floors are concrete, but it’s a solid place to be. We deal with a lot of technical stuff every day, and we usually have grease or dust on our hands by the time we leave. Andheri East is a busy part of Mumbai, so getting here can be a bit of a trek through the traffic, but once we’re inside the estate, we just focus on the job. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anyone in a suit. We’re just a team that knows electrical systems and works out of this unit. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup. We drink our tea from chipped mugs and keep our heads down. We don't bother with mission statements or anything like that. We just do the work that needs doing and make sure our orders are ready on time for the next day.
