Thejus -Holistic Ayurveda

Thejus -Holistic Ayurveda is located at Karippara House. If you know the Kizhakkumury post office area in Peringottu Kara, we are right there in Thrissur. It is a quiet part of Kerala, which fits the kind of work we do. We have been here for a bit, focusing on traditional Ayurvedic practices. My family has been in this area for a long time, and the house itself has a lot of history. People from around the village usually just drop by when they need something. We don't really do much advertising or have a big sign out front. It is mostly just about the herbs and the oils we use every day. Living and working in Thrissur means things move a little slower, which is fine by us. We spend a lot of time preparing things in the kitchen and the back rooms. It gets humid here in Kerala, especially during the monsoon, but the house stays relatively cool. We just try to keep things simple and follow the old ways of doing things. You won't find any high-tech machines here. It is mostly just hands-on work. Most days it is just us and a few locals coming in for their usual routines. It feels right to be doing this in a place like Peringottu Kara. We are just a local spot helping out where we can.
