The Zuri Whitefield

We are situated in the Rajyapalya area of Whitefield, Bengaluru. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but Whitefield has become its own world lately with all the tech parks and new buildings. The Zuri is a big part of the landscape here. We work on the daily operations of the hotel, which means there is never really a quiet moment. From early morning breakfast service to late-night check-ins, something is always happening. The staff here is a mix of people from all over, and we spend a lot of time together in the back rooms and hallways. It’s a large property, so we do a lot of walking every day just to get from one side to the other. The traffic in Whitefield is famous for being tough, so we are used to guests arriving a bit tired from the road. We try to get them settled quickly without a lot of unnecessary talk. The building itself is modern, but inside we are just people doing a job. We fix things when they break, clean up after events, and try to keep the whole place tidy. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments, and sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but we always manage to pull it together. It’s just how things go when you’re running a big place in a busy city and everyone is tired.
