The Windsor Hotel (Bangalore)

We operate out of Bangalore, specifically through the care of Jitendra Singh. It’s a setup that’s worked for us for a long time here in Karnataka. When you think of a hotel name like ours, you might expect something huge, but we keep things pretty grounded. We’re based in the city, dealing with the daily ins and outs of the business. Bangalore is a fast place, always changing, but we’ve stayed consistent in how we do things. We don't have a lot of big slogans or marketing plans. It’s just about being there and doing the work. The office is where the planning happens. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have files, phones, and the usual desk clutter you’d find anywhere else. Jitendra handles a lot of the oversight from this location. We’ve been part of the Bangalore landscape for years now. People know us more by word of mouth than anything else. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a very human way of running things. We aren't a giant chain with a hundred policies. We just do what makes sense for the day. That is the way we have always liked to run the place. It keeps life simple and ensures we can focus on the actual work without getting distracted by unnecessary complications.
