The Urban Raga

We are based out in Whitefield, right near the Kundanahalli Gate. If you live around here, you know the traffic at that junction is something else. We spend a lot of our time just watching the cars crawl by from the window. The building is at Whitefield 1, and it is a pretty standard spot for this part of town. It is usually quite noisy outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Inside, we just keep things running. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the schedules are set. We don't have any big corporate signs or shiny glass walls. It is more of a lived-in space with some scratches on the floor and posters that have been up for years. We usually have some music playing in the background to drown out the horns from the street. It’s funny how you get to know the regulars who walk past every morning. We have a small kettle in the corner for making coffee, which is pretty much essential given how early we start. The work isn't always exciting, but it is steady. We just focus on what needs to be done today and don't worry too much about the rest. It is a humble little operation here, and that seems to suit everyone just fine. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't even need to talk to know who is doing what.
