The Travel People

You can find The Travel People at number 7 on 1st Main Road. We’re in Kempaiah Block, which is part of J.C Nagar here in Bangalore. We’ve been around this neighborhood for quite a few years now. The office is tucked away in a spot that isn't too loud, which we like. We spend most of our time booking things and chatting with people who stop by the 560 006 area. It’s a regular brick-and-mortar place, nothing flashy at all. We have a few chairs for visitors and some old maps on the walls that have been there forever. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we walk or bike in when the weather is nice. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything fancy. We just help whoever comes in looking for a ticket or some advice on where to go. Sometimes the printer acts up and we have to fiddle with it for an hour while customers wait. It’s just how it goes in a small business. We know the tea stall guy down the street and the other shop owners. It’s a nice little community in Kempaiah Block. We're just here to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day. The building is simple and the rent is fair, so we stay put. There’s a lot of traffic nearby but our street is okay.
