The Taj West End

This is the HR department for The Taj West End. We are located right on Race Course Road in Bangalore. It is a very old and well-known property with lots of huge trees and quiet gardens. Our office is the place where all the staff matters get handled every day. Being the HR department, we deal with a lot of physical files and people coming in looking for work. We also look after the hundreds of folks who are already working at the hotel in different roles. Race Course Road is a very nice area to work in, as it is very green and peaceful compared to the rest of the city. A lot of paperwork goes through our hands from morning until evening. Interviews, payroll details, and just general staff problems take up almost all of our time. We are not the ones you see at the front desk wearing fancy suits. Most of our time is spent in the back offices, making sure the people who do the hard work are taken care of properly. The office is very functional. It has computers, old filing cabinets, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing when you need one. We try to keep a calm atmosphere because the hotel is famous for being a peaceful getaway. Even though the Taj is a big name, our daily work is just regular office tasks. We have our tea together in the morning and then get straight to the work.
