The Taj West End, Race Course Road, Bangalore

This place is tucked away in Narayanapura, specifically at No. 12 in the Vaishnavam building. It’s inside Nagarajappa Layout, which is part of the larger Dooravani Nagar area in Bangalore. Most people associate the name Taj West End with the big hotel on Race Course Road, but we are over here doing the backend stuff and administrative work. The layout is quite peaceful compared to the main city roads. We usually have a few people coming in and out throughout the day, mainly handling things for the staff or logistics. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, so we often see our coworkers walking down the lane in the morning heat. The office is inside a residential-looking building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We’ve got a small area for files and a couple of desks that have seen better days. It isn’t very polished, and we definitely don't have a fancy lobby here. It’s just a practical space where the work gets done quietly. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together when there’s a break. Sometimes the street dogs outside make more noise than we do inside. It’s just how things are in this part of town, away from the glitz of the big hotel. We keep things moving without too much fuss or extra attention from the neighbors.
