You can find us on the 2nd Floor of building number 23 on 12th Cross in Wilson Garden. We are located right above the Airtel showroom, so that’s the easiest way to tell people where to go. Being on the second floor means there are some stairs to climb, but it keeps us a little bit away from the direct noise of the street traffic below. Wilson Garden is always busy, especially around the 12th Cross, so it’s never really quiet outside. Inside, we’ve tried to keep things simple and functional. We have the usual lab equipment and a small area for people to sit while they wait for their names to be called. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps us see what we’re doing with all the paperwork. We have a small crew here, and we usually rotate tasks so everyone knows how to handle the front desk or the filing. It’s not a fancy setup with a lot of bells and whistles. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day’s work. Sometimes we get a bit of a breeze through the windows if the weather is right. We see a lot of people from the nearby offices and houses. It’s just a regular, working-class diagnostic center where we try to stay on top of the daily grind and keep the files in order. It's a simple life on the second floor.
