The Paul Hotel

You can find us over at 139/28 Domlour Layout. We are right opposite the Intermediate Ring Road in Bangalore, which means the sound of cars is basically our background music all day long. It is a busy spot, and sometimes getting into the driveway can be a bit of a mess during rush hour. The hotel itself is a big building and keeping it clean and running takes up most of our energy. We are usually running around the different floors checking on things. The staff here is a mix of younger kids and people who have lived in Bangalore their whole lives. We spend a lot of time in the back offices or out by the entrance helping people with their bags. It is not always perfect, sometimes a lightbulb goes out or the internet gets slow, and we have to scramble to fix it. That is just life in a big city. We see a lot of people coming through for work or just passing through the city. We have a routine for everything, from the morning shift change to the late-night security checks. It is hard work, but we are used to the pace of this area. The Ring Road is always moving, and we are right there with it, just doing our jobs day in and day out at The Paul. We just focus on getting the daily work done.
