Sunil Panthari is the one you usually talk to here. Even though the name says Bangalore, we are actually located on Aligarh Road in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. It's near the Labour Colony, 11/12 to be exact. It’s a bit of a funny story how the name ended up like that, but we are definitely in UP. The area around here is quite busy with laborers and local trade. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have marble floors or anything like that. It is just a building where we handle our business daily. Hathras is a different pace than the big cities, and we like it that way. We get a lot of people coming in from the Aligarh Road side. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and registers. We don't really use much technology beyond what's necessary. It’s a lot of face-to-face talking and writing things down by hand. Sunil stays busy with the day-to-day stuff. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a place that does its job. Most of our neighbors in the Labour Colony know us by now. It’s a very local operation, through and through. We just keep our doors open and see who comes by each morning for help.
