We’ve been operating out of Flat 3A in Vatsalya Apartments for a while now. JP Nagar is a busy area, but the 2nd Phase stays a bit quieter which helps us get things done. Most people in Bangalore know how the traffic is around here, so we appreciate the slightly calmer street. We handle the day-to-day work for The Oterra Hotels from this office space. It isn’t a huge corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is just some desks and chairs where we keep track of everything. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We keep our files organized on the metal shelves and there’s usually a pot of tea going in the corner. Being in a residential building means we know the neighbors well and the watchman knows us by name. It’s a practical spot for us because it’s easy to get to, and we don’t have to deal with the constant noise of the main road. We spend most of our mornings answering the phones and checking the books. It is just a regular office life for us. We don't have any fancy signs outside on the gate. If you come by, you just look for the apartment block. It is a bit older, but it is sturdy and serves the purpose well for what we need to do. We like being part of the local community.
