The Oterra Banglore

The Oterra is right here in Bangalore, and we spend most of our days keeping things moving. It’s a large place, so there is always something that needs fixing or a floor that needs a quick mop. When you walk in, you’ll see the team hanging around the lobby area. We aren't really the type to use big fancy words about what we do. We just show up, handle the bags, and make sure the lights stay on. Bangalore traffic is usually pretty bad outside, so once people get inside, they usually just want to sit down for a minute. We have a lot of different rooms and some spots to eat, but mostly it's just us working behind the scenes to keep the place running. Some of us have been working here since the start, while others are pretty new. We talk a lot about the weather or where to get the best coffee nearby during our breaks. The building is tall and you can see a fair bit of the city from the higher floors. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that, we just stay busy with the people who come through the doors every day. It gets loud during the wedding season, which keeps us on our toes. Other than that, it's just a regular day-to-day job for us here in the city. There isn't much more to it than just showing up and doing the work.
