The Leela Palace

The Leela Palace is located at 23 Kodihalli on the Airport Road in Bangalore. It is a very large building, so it is hard to miss if you are driving toward the airport area. We have been here for many years, and the property has a lot of history to it. The garden areas around the building take a lot of work to keep up, and you’ll often see the staff out there early in the morning tending to the plants. Inside, it’s quite big with high ceilings and a lot of rooms to keep track of. Working here means there is always something going on, whether it is a guest checking in or someone asking for directions. The traffic on Airport Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, but once you get inside the gates, things feel a bit more settled. We have a lot of different departments, but we all just try to get through the daily checklist. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a bulb goes out or a carpet needs cleaning, and we just handle it as it comes. The 23 Kodihalli address is well known in this part of India. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a big hotel where we try to keep things running as smoothly as possible for whoever stays with us.
