Even though the name says Bangalore, our actual work spot is way out in Arji Village and Post. This is in the Virajpet Taluk of the Kodagu District in Karnataka State. It is a very different setting than what people expect when they hear the company name. We are surrounded by greenery and the air is much fresher up here in the hills. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination with the main office, but we do it from this quiet village location. The building we use is quite basic and doesn't have any of the luxury you might see in the city hotels. We have a few desks and a very old filing system that we still use every single day. Most of us are local people from the district, so we speak the local language and know the area well. The commute to get here can be a bit rough on the rainy days because the roads get muddy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing letters to keep things moving. It is a slow but steady way of working that suits the pace of life in Kodagu. We don't have fancy coffee machines, just a small stove to make tea. It is a humble place to work, and we just focus on finishing our tasks before the sun sets over the hills.
