We’ve been set up here in Arji Village for a while now. Most people know the name The Leela Palace Kempinski, Bangalore, but our roots in this part of Kodagu District are what really keep us going every day. It’s a quiet spot near Virajpet, and that’s just how we like it. K.B. Kariappa’s place is easy enough to find if you’re from around here. We don't really go in for fancy talk or trying to impress people with big words. We just show up, do the work, and make sure things are running the way they should be. Sometimes the weather gets a bit damp because of where we are in Karnataka, but that’s just part of life in the post area. You might see us around the village or at the post office handling various things. It’s not a huge operation where everyone is a stranger. We know the neighbors and they know us. Living and working out here in the taluk means you learn to be practical. If something breaks, we fix it. If someone stops by, we talk. It is a straightforward way of doing things without any of that corporate noise you find in the bigger cities. We’ve been at this address for a long time and plan to stay. Just a local team doing what needs to be done. It’s simple, honest work that we take pride in without needing to brag about it to anyone.
