This place is over in Marathahally, specifically at Munenakola on 14th Cross. The building is called Pavithram. Bangalore traffic can be a real nightmare, so getting to the office is a bit of a challenge for the staff some days. We deal with the hotel and hospitality side of things. It’s a big name but this specific spot is where the actual administrative work happens behind the scenes. We have people coming in and out all day long. Sometimes it feels like the phones never stop ringing. We've got a lot of staff who have been here for years and they know the Bangalore streets inside out. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do every day. It’s just about getting rooms organized, answering the calls, and making sure the guests are getting what they need. Marathahally has changed so much since we first moved here. There are more shops and more people everywhere now. We just try to keep up with the fast pace of the city. It gets very loud outside with all the bikes and cars honking. Inside, we just focus on the computer screens and the tasks for the day. We have meetings, sure, but they are mostly just to figure out who is doing which shift. It's practical, everyday work. No one here is trying to be anything they aren't. We just show up, do the job as best we can, and then head home in the traffic.
