We are located in Seshadripuram, specifically at number 1 on 3rd Cross. It’s an old building, and sometimes the lift doesn't work right, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. This isn't a restaurant itself, but we work with a lot of people who run them across Karnataka. There’s always a lot of paperwork on the desks and phones ringing at odd hours. We spend a lot of time talking to owners about their problems, like licensing or staff issues. It’s a bit of a headache sometimes, dealing with all the different rules and regulations. We aren't some big government office, just a group trying to keep things organized for the members. The meetings can go on for a long time, and we usually end up drinking way too much tea. It’s a lot of administrative stuff that isn't very exciting to talk about. Some days the office is really quiet, and other days it’s total chaos with everyone trying to get things sorted at once. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The street outside is usually busy with people heading towards the main road. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where the work gets done. We try to help out where we can, but there’s only so much a small team can do in a day. It’s a steady kind of work.
