You can find our office at the El Rio Grande Apartments, specifically at Flat Number 40. We are on the second floor, located on 3rd Cross along Hutchin’s Road in the St. Thomas Town area of Bangalore. It is a pretty residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We work with Hotel Dynamics and deal with RCI memberships and bookings. It is a lot of data entry and talking to folks about where they want to stay on their holidays. We have been at this address for a good number of years now. The office is not very big, just a few rooms with computers and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We do not have any big signs out front, so you have to look for the apartment number carefully. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a routine down. We drink a lot of tea and try to get through the list of guest requests before the day ends. Sometimes the systems go down and we have to wait around, which is frustrating, but that is just how it goes with technology. We are not a fancy hotel ourselves; we just handle the paperwork side of things. It is a straightforward job in a nice, leafy part of the city. We just show up, do our tasks, and head home to our families when the work is done.
