The Elite

We run The Elite from a place called Raghavendra Nilaya, which is at number 19 on the 1st Cross in Udaynager. This is in Bangalore-560016. It is a quiet street for the most part, which we like. The building is a typical Bangalore house that has been converted into a workspace for us. It feels a bit more personal than being in a big glass tower somewhere. We have a few rooms where we set up our desks and do our daily tasks. Most of the time at The Elite is spent just handling the small details that keep things moving. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We are just regular people trying to do a good job. The 1st Cross in Udaynager is easy enough to find once you get into the neighborhood. We usually start the morning by opening up the windows to let some air in and then we get straight to work. There is always a lot of correspondence to catch up on and things to organize. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a lot but we just ignore it and carry on. We don't make big promises or use sales language. We just stick to our routine and make sure the work gets done by the time we leave in the evening. It is a simple way of working but it has been effective for us for a long time.
