The Chancery Pavilion

We operate The Chancery Pavilion here in Bangalore. It’s right in the heart of Karnataka, India. Being in a city like this means there is never a dull moment. We deal with everything that comes with a big building in a crowded metro area. The weather is usually okay, but the traffic around us can be a real headache. We’ve got a team that handles the front desk and the rooms. It’s a lot of coordination between the different shifts. We don't really have a grand story to tell. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. Some days are busier than others. We see people from all over India and even from other countries. It’s interesting to hear where everyone is from. The building itself has its quirks, like any place in Bangalore does. We spend a lot of time on upkeep. It’s about making sure the water is hot and the beds are made. We don't use big words to describe it. It’s a place to stay in the city. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change over the years. We just keep doing what we do every day. It’s a job, but we like the people we meet. We try to stay organized even when things get hectic. That’s just how it goes here. There’s always someone checking in or out, and we just keep the keys moving. It’s basically just us making sure things work.
