The Chancery Pavilion, Bangaluru

We’ve been at Flat No: 3 in Shanthi Villas for a while now. It’s on 8/74 4th Cross in the Kaval Byrasandra area of Bangalore. Most people just know us as The Chancery Pavilion. It isn't a fancy setup here at the office, just a regular spot where we get our daily work done. Bangalore is a busy place, and Kaval Byrasandra has its own pace. We spend most of our mornings dealing with paperwork and taking calls. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that is just part of living in this city. We keep things pretty simple. There are a few of us working here, and we try to stay organized with everything we have to do. We don't really go for big speeches or anything like that. It is mostly about showing up and handling what needs to be handled each day. The building is easy enough to find if you know the cross streets. We've got our desks set up and some old files tucked away in the corners. It's a practical space, nothing more. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real neighborhood. There is a small tea shop nearby where we sometimes go when the afternoon gets long. It's just a normal workplace. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to get home on time. We aren't doing anything out of the ordinary, just the basic daily tasks.
