Even though our name is The Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore, this specific office is actually located in Bhubaneswar. We are at C5/1 Chandrma Apartments in Kharvel Nagar, Unit-III. It’s a bit of a distance from the actual hotel in Bangalore, but this is where we handle a lot of the administrative and back-end work. The office is inside an apartment complex, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate headquarters. We have a small team here working on records, bookings, and other bits of paperwork. It’s a quiet place compared to the busy hotel environment. We spend our days on the computer or the phone, making sure everything is lined up correctly for the operations elsewhere. It’s not a place for guests to visit, just a workspace for our staff. We’ve been in Kharvel Nagar for a while and it’s a decent area to work in. The office is filled with files and some old furniture, but it serves its purpose. We don't have any big signs or fancy decor. We just focus on getting the administrative tasks finished so the hotel side of things can run without any hitches. It's a simple, honest way to work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just pick up where we left off. It’s just how we do things in our little corner of Odisha.
