The Chancery Pavilion-5 Star Hotel

The Chancery Pavilion-5 Star Hotel is found at No.1148 on 5Th Main. We are in A Block, Ii Stage of Rajajinagar in Bangalore-10. Even though we are a hotel, the day-to-day work here is just like any other place. There is always something to fix or a room to tidy up. It’s a large building, so we spend a lot of time walking from one end to the other. Rajajinagar is a good area with lots of people coming and going. We see a lot of different faces every day. We don't really do the whole corporate script thing when we talk to guests. We just try to be normal people helping out. It gets very busy during the wedding seasons and holidays. Sometimes the lobby is full of suitcases and people waiting. We just do our best to keep things moving. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how to help each other out when it gets stressful. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the wall. We just want to make sure the rooms are clean and the food is okay. It’s a lot of work running a place this size in Bangalore. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized. Most of us have been working here for years and we know the building inside and out.
