The Chancery Pavilion ( 5 Star Hotel )

We’ve been here at 135 Residency Road for a while now. The street is always busy, especially during peak hours, but that's just Bangalore for you. It's a big place, categorized as a 5-star hotel, though we just try to keep things running smoothly every day without making too much of a fuss. The staff here handles a lot, from morning check-ins to late-night events that sometimes go on longer than they should. We are right in the middle of everything. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded when a big group arrives all at once. It’s a lot of work maintaining a building this size, and there is always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a lightbulb that’s gone out. We see all kinds of people coming through the doors. Some are here for work with their laptops, others are just passing through the city and look a bit tired from the road. Residency Road has changed a lot over the years with new shops popping up everywhere, but we’re still here at the same spot. We have different floors with rooms and halls for meetings. It’s not always quiet, but that’s expected in this part of town. We try to keep the carpets clean and the lights on for everyone. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us. Being in Bangalore, you get used to the constant noise of traffic outside. We just focus on what needs doing next. There's always a list of maintenance stuff.
