We are located at 127, 3rd Cross in the Srinivasreddy Layout area of Rammurthy Nagar. If you know Bangalore, you know this side of town has its own rhythm. We’ve been here for a while now, operating out of this specific spot. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we manage our routes and keep track of our vehicles. The streets around here can get a bit tight when the bigger buses are moving through, but we make it work somehow. Most of us start our day very early, before the sun is even up, because that’s when the transport business really moves. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for getting people where they need to go. We deal with the usual Bangalore traffic headaches every single day, just like everyone else. Sometimes a bus breaks down or a driver is late, and we just have to scramble to fix it. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of lists and local knowledge. The neighbors in the layout are used to us being here by now. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a local team trying to keep the wheels turning. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go sideways, but we just pick up and keep going. That is just how the bus business works.
