The Basil Hospitality Services

We started things here at Swami Vivekananda Layout a while back. It’s a busy spot near Muthanallur Cross. We handle hospitality stuff, mostly just making sure people have what they need when they stay over or use our facilities. Our place at 251 is where we keep our office. It isn't a fancy glass building, just a regular spot where we get our work done every day. Bangalore keeps growing, but we stay right here. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside, but that's part of being in this neighborhood. We've got a small team. Everyone knows each other. We don't really do the big corporate meetings or anything. We just talk about what needs doing for the day and then we go do it. People come by looking for help with rooms or events, and we try to sort it out. It's practical work. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea in the breakroom, but we manage. If you’re around Muthanallur, you’ve probably seen our sign. We've been part of the local layout for a bit now. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Dealing with guests and services takes time, and we put that time in. It’s a job like any other, but we like being in this part of town. We keep it simple and don't try to be something we aren't.
