Thai Travels And Tours is located on the second floor of a building on Rest House Road. Finding us is simple because we are right above the Domino’s Pizza, which is a popular landmark in this section of Bangalore. Being in such a central spot means there is always noise and movement right outside our windows. We have occupied this office for quite some time, helping people with holiday plans and flight schedules. The stairs leading up to the second floor are a bit narrow and old, but the office itself is quiet once you get inside. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small, dedicated team sitting here with our computers and landlines. A lot of different travel requests come through our doors, mostly from people living in the neighborhood. Things get pretty busy when the holiday seasons approach, but we manage the workload as it comes. There is no flashy lobby or expensive furniture here. It is just a regular workplace with desks and chairs where the actual work happens. If you are walking past the pizza shop, just look for our sign and come on up. We usually have a kettle going for tea during the breaks. Talking to people about their future trips is the best part of the day. Sometimes the phones all ring at once and it gets a bit loud, but we always get the bookings sorted out.
