Tha Transformations Private Limited is located in the Olove Building in Kadri, Mangalore. We are tucked away in a space called The House of Aesthetics. It is not a flashy corporate place. It is just a few of us working here every day. People come in from around town and from different parts of Dakshina Kannada. Mangalore has this specific vibe, especially in the Kadri area. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking to the people who walk in. It gets a bit busy sometimes but that is just how it goes in a small business. The building is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. We have been here for a bit now. Sometimes the heavy rain here makes things slow down, but we just keep going. Our setup is not about being fancy. It is about getting the work done. The office has everything we need to function. You can hear the street noise outside, which reminds us we are right in the middle of things. We do not have a huge team, just a small group trying to manage everything well. Most days are pretty standard, and some are a bit more hectic. We like the spot we have in the Olove Building. It feels right for what we do. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just show up, do what needs doing, and then head home. That is pretty much the story.
